Support Coordination helps you understand and use your NDIS plan effectively. We work alongside you to:

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery coaching supports people living with psychosocial disability to build confidence, independence and meaningful routines. We focus on:

Supporting mental health and wellbeing

Connecting participants with community and supports

Recovery is not linear — we work alongside you at your pace.

Positive Behaviour Support

Positive Behaviour Support focuses on understanding behaviours of concern and developing strategies that improve quality of life. This includes:

Behaviour assessment and support planning

Practical strategies for families and support teams

Reducing restrictive practices

///

Building positive communication and coping skills

Our PBS approach is collaborative, respectful and person-centred.

Counselling

Our counselling services provide a safe, confidential space for individuals to explore challenges and strengthen emotional wellbeing. Counselling can support people experiencing:

Anxiety, stress or low mood

Life transitions and relationship challenges

///

Trauma and difficult life experiences

///

Alcohol and other drug concerns

///

Complex personal or mental health challenges

Recovery is not linear — we work alongside you at your pace.

Open to NDIS participants and private clients

Rate:

$180 per hour

Social Work Therapy

Our Social Work Therapy supports both young people and adults through early intervention and ongoing therapeutic support. We work with individuals to:

Strengthen coping strategies and resilience

Navigate life transitions and challenges

Support mental health and wellbeing

This support is tailored, practical and focused on helping individuals build confidence in everyday life.
