Bella
Director · Social Worker · Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Bella is a Social Worker, NDIS Registered Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, and Director of Luma Therapy, with over six years’ experience in the disability sector. She specialises in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, trauma, and behaviours of concern, using evidence-based and person-centred approaches. Bella is recognised for her strong clinical leadership, collaborative practice, and commitment to improving quality of life through practical, sustainable supports.

Mikaela is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner with a strong foundation in psychology, holding First Class Honours and currently completing her Master’s in Psychology. She brings experience in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice, supporting individuals with complex needs including mental health, trauma, and social disadvantage. Mikaela is known for her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to improving quality of life through evidence-based, person-centred strategies.

Leena is an ACA Counsellor currently completing her Bachelor of Counselling, with extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use. She brings a strong background in community services and youth work, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and motivational interviewing within a person-centred, strengths-based framework. Leena is known for her ability to build rapport, support emotional wellbeing, and work collaboratively with individuals and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
